www.nalumed.com (“Service”) is operated by Nalu Medical, Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”). The following outlines our policy regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the associated allowances with that data.

Children’s Privacy: Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
NALU REMOTE CONTROL APP
This Privacy Statement applies to the Nalu Remote Control (RC) app that is owned by Nalu Medical, Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) and distributed for use on iOS® and Android® mobile devices.
The Nalu RC app may send a report externally to us upon experiencing a failure. The report is used only by our software developers to diagnose the failure. These reports explicitly exclude user identifiable information. The reports only include the following information:
- Device type
- Network provider
- Operating system version
- Software error description
